  • Take 4 tablespoons of Shatavari and 2 tablespoons of Ashwagandha.

  • Consume 1 teaspoon or 1 - 2 grams every day with milk preferably after breakfast. You may add honey to neutralize the taste.
  • It can be taken twice a day as well if it resonates with your digestive system. Once after breakfast and the second time 2-3 hours before going to bed.
  • This mixture can last for 6 or 12 days depending on how many times you consume it.
