TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • If you travel other than program and / or Group Dates, individually and / or travel by private Taxi in any place, you will incur and pay for additional transportation charge which is also subject to the Rules and Regulation of the respective Government.
  • Foreign exchange etc., Under BTQ scheme each person eligible to draw 3,000 USD at his own cost
  • Any increase in the airfare that may come into force prior to the advertised scheduled journey, has to be made good by the pilgrims.
  • Increase in the ground arrangements due to fluctuation in exchange rates or any other reasons, the passengers will have to pay difference and / of the additional amount so required before departure.
  • Wheel Chair for disabled/aged persons should be arranged individually at their own cost. Tour cost does not include it.
  • Expenses of personal nature such as tips to hotel staff, laundry, porterage, etc.
  • Excess luggage transport fare from Makkah to Jeddah.

BOOKING DETAILS

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RAMDAN UMRAH:

  • Advance Amount of INR 25,000/- by Cash/Cheque/DD/RTGS BANK TRANSFER in favor of SAUGHAAT TOURS INTERNATIONAL
  • For Hajj: 12 colour photos in pure white back ground size: 4cm x 6cm size photos.
  • Original passport with 6 months minimum validity from the date of departure and minimum 4 empty pages.
  • All foreign passport holders have to give their PIO/CIO cards for Umrah / Hajj visa stamping.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • Please read our Terms and Conditions fully before booking.
  • A deposit of INR 25,000/- per person must be made at the time of booking. If, for any reason, the booking cannot be subsequently confirmed by 'Saughaat Tours International ' a full refund will be made.
  • Balance amount should be paid whenever intimation is given to you through a Phone call or Letter.
  • Full settlement should be made before the departure date.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Once the booking has been confirmed the following charges will be payable in the event of cancellation by the applicant (passenger).
  • 100% Cancellation less than 8 days prior to departure
  • 50% Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure
  • 25% Cancellation less than 21 days prior to departure
  • INR5000 less than 45 days.
  • For refund, receipts issued at the time of payment should be submitted back.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • All Payments should be made through Cash/Cheque/DD/ Online Bank transfers.
  • Payments made through Cheque/DD should be favoring "Saughaat Tours International ".
  • Please do not give CASH to anyone who says as an Agents or Branch Offices. Because we don't have any Agents or Branch Offices throughout India.
  • Saughaat Tours International will not be responsible for any Cash Payments to Agents.
  • CASH Deposits should only be made at the Head Office in Chennai only.
